But I have followed this very very closely. I have reviewed the time line of the advice Trump was getting from his leading expert on pandemics, Dr. Fauci and as late as Feb. 24th, Dr. Fauci was advising the President and telling the media that there was no reason at that time, that Americans, especially healthy Americans, need to change their behavior but that may change. So what was the President suppose to do, disregard the advice of the expert on pandemics and jump right into a lock down of the country because his trade advisor Peter Navarro was worried?


Trump took the advice of the CDC when they told him they could produce effective test kits and they fucked them up, ironically due to contaminating the first batch and had to start all over. Is that Trumps fault? He couldn't get enough PPE out to the states because of a faulty supply chain. Whose fault was that, that the US decided many years ago to let China and other countries take the lead on such things because they could do it cheaper. Not only was that not Trump's fault, from the day he took office and one of the reasons he was elected was to go after China, a position I fully support.


Obama lost 12,000 Americans to a virus that is apparently not as easy to transmit as COVID-19 and gave a great speech how America should be prepared for the sure to come pandemic but did he leave office with 1 billion masks and PPE and test kits with the proper chemicals and swabs necessary, things that were no longer made in great quantities in America?


When I add up the pros and cons of Donald Trump versus Joe Biden or any one of these Democrats, it just isn't a contest, not even close. Donald Trump appears to be the only politician willing to take this fight to China, Biden won't because he says China is no competition for America. To hold Trump accountable for saying ill advised things and let that statement by Joe Biden go without condemnation would be suicidal.
