I get a little nostalgic thinking about Bill Clinton. Not his first term, when he fucked up some of the great things accomplished by Ronald Reagan. But his second term, when Republicans controlled Congress. Clinton and the Republicans balanced the budget, reformed the welfare system, cut the capital gains tax, and promoted free trade. The nation did well.

And, Bill Clinton, I feel your pain. The leader of the free world forced to solicit blow jobs from an overweight intern, because he's closeted in the office of the Presidency with a wife who probably wouldn't put out. We should view him with compassion, not condemnation.

however the glaring lacuna in your post is the omission of clinton's attacks on women, which I don't see as worthy of compassion

these attacks, deservingly, keep him mired in disdain and subject to continued ridicule

Oh, and several people of that ilk found their admin assistants from ads on THIS website (actually not quite true, it was ASPD) It was a favorite hiring site for a group of Good Ol' Boys from TX & LA for a few years. I actually had spent time with two ladies in TX, and later ran into them in DC after they "retired" from escorting and showed up with a job in a couple "someone important"'s personal entourages. On gov't salary, with lots of travel perqs. (Two different men, two different political views, but obviously similar beliefs about what they need from a pretty young admin.)

A different one who was one of my favorites stayed with me for a few days while she was house hunting in DC.

A person with 20/20 vision can easily see that what's missing in your post is any substantive repudiation of the fact that Slick Willie put this woman on the payroll at taxpayer expense to be his side-piece for an occasional romp in the Oval Office in White House -- also paid for by the American taxpayers.

ASPD catered to men paying independent women -- not women (subordinate employees) they supervised -- with their own money for entertainment at spots not as estimable as the taxpayer supported Oval Office in the White House.
