I've seen fares on KAL as low as $850 depending on the season, through Inchon. Hotels range from $20 for a true dump to whatever you want to pay. Generally, everything in the Philippines is probably, at worst, about 1/3 of what you pay in the US. I go 3-5 times a year, and I LOOOOVE the Philippines.

The most I have ever paid for a FS providers was $350 for the hour.

Are the HDH worth it? maybe, maybe not, but the bottom line is always going to be the quality of the service as it rates to donation paid as far as if it is worth it or not. In my hobby experience, the difference in quality of the the providers who charge $300+ and the ones that are $200-250 is very little, and many times, the service is better with the providers who charge the lower donation prices.

While any sub par service sucks regardless of cost, as far as what I can tell, the chances of a hobbyist being disappointed in a session increases exponentially when seeing a provider who charges the higher donations.
