Now whether or not its advisable to sue, is a consideration the claimant should understand could be ill-advised since the social repercussion may be undesirable.
The man that was referred to earlier in Vegas wanted to sue the escort because he was not satisfied with the service and consequently was advised by LVPD that it was a civil issue and to contact the Better Business Bureau. He did file suit in NY but I don't remember what was resolved, probably nothing I suspect.

Since all of this is irrelevant unless you have a signed agreement in writing...
What are you going to do? Have the lady sign a written contract before giving her the donation and starting the session? Yeah, good luck with that one too.
Do you have any idea how ridiculous these posts make you look?

First off MOKOA, I don't give a rats ass what this post makes me look like since the context of the questions are simply technical and how the Federal Civil Rights Act may apply in a hypothetical situation.
Signing a contract has nothing to do with establishing a civil rights violation since verbal contracts are binding in the court of law:
"Lawyers.com
A contract, whether verbal or in writing, is a legally binding agreement enforceable in a court of law"
Remember that the providers are working under the auspices dictated to them by the government and are recognized as a legitiment business much the same way the spa's do. Its in this context that a civil rights violation can occur. Several of the providers do advertise a no AA policy and that is in direct violation of the civil rights act.
If no illegal activity has occurred and remember, these services are for companionship and or massage, not physical/sexual contact. If the client was turned away and told it was because he was AA, that's a flagrant violation. Only the provider knows what her preferences are and its her responsibility to ask herself if she's willing to participate in a business that would require her to service AA men.
Now I realize the personal preference part of this debate for the providers and I understand it but the law does not. I really doubt anyone would pursue litigation because of the moral and ethical consequences but that doesn't mean it can't happen.

Don't be surprised than if you see the old shingle, electronic or otherwise, that states:
"We reserve the right to refuse service"

SERIOUSLY...how many of these threads must we see? None of which have ever accomplished anything, & none ever will. Ladies just state in your ads/showcase whether or not you see anyone for whatever reason. And gentlemen, when contacting ladies, give them a brief description of yourself.
If only I was a mod, I'd close everyone of these before it escalates into something stupid

Sure you can, but not on the basis of race or ethnicity.

Geeze where is the face palm avatar when I need it? These ladies have the right to choose who they would like to see just the same as you and I do. What is so hard to understand about this Rodram?

Yeah silly me for asking what part of this that Rodram did not understand. And thanks for the facepalm Dennis as I am in total agreement that it does deserve a double.

Yeah, pictures are the only way to communicate with dennisrn. Lucid discussions are out the window.

So, by your definition of what "I just don't understand" means that a doctor can refuse service to you because your black? And if your going to respond like a child because you are incapable of having a debate based on facts then don't and wait for dennisrn to post a picture or something.

I often wonder what the median age is on this site, sometimes it seems like I'm debating the Jim Crow South.
