Trump is winning in North Carolina. Does North Carolina need a recount too?

Any state that has irregularities, glaring irregularities should be prepared to start over. Does that qualify North Carolina? Like I wrote earlier, my views are not partisan. They only serve to stop the fraud whoever is doing it. Only people afraid of being outed would be opposed to what I wrote.

JD, it was a yes or no question. All you did was as they say in Football run an end around play.

Three choices; let the criminals prevail, award damages to the victim, or hold the election happen again and let the chips fall where they may.
There is another possibility; article 2 of the constitution says that each state shall advance a slate of electors chosen by the state to cast their votes for president. The state's use popular elections to chose the slate of electors but there is no prohibition that the electors could not be chosen by the state assembly as was done over 200 years ago. That would take the election out of the hands of corrupt officials and give it to the state house. No new election, no additional cost, no new campaign, but a result grounded in precedent.

That is quite a wish list. What else do you want for Christmas?
My guess is a few of Trump's challenges will be upheld by the courts. Minor ones like ensuring poll watchers must be close to the action and in Pa. it was ordered that ballots received after election day must be separated. Most of the challenges have been rejected.
I would dare to say that on January 20, 2021 Joe Biden will be sworn in as the 46th POTUS. No new vote. No problems with electors. No widespread voter fraud.

Looks like you found your optimism! I think the whole SC of Penn. possibly making an unconstitutional ruling could be a big deal but then Penn. alone will not decide this. Biden need only win one of the 4 states left remaining ( or so we think ).
But then Mich. goes in to play out of the blue, that's a whole different story. A "glitch" in the software. Six thousand votes for Trump went to Biden. This is what is being reported, I do not know if any of this stuff is true but if it is, that is a VERY big deal when you consider this software was used in possibly 30 states. That would mean a hand recount of every ballot in 30 states.
And it would not surprise me to learn in the coming days that "another" issue has raised it's ugly head.
The funny thing about all this from a voter who lives in Florida, the "hanging chad" capital of the world, appears Fl has done an excellent job having a clear cut winner and all votes counted on election night.
If Florida can do it, why can't everybody adapt Florida's way next go round because mail in ballots are here to stay.
I mailed my ballot in the day I received it and in less than a week, it was counted and I could verify that fact on-line. "Your vote has been received and counted".

FL appears to have establish a chain of custody with the ballots.
is it similar to the way Federal Express does with their mail delivery? they establish the chain of custody where your FEDEX mail is going to.

What you wrote is pretty stupid. It’s easy to oppose.

Hmmm. I’d disagree. It may not be a liberal nation but it’s very much blue. The actual population of the US lives in blue states by a significant number.

So now you’ve taken your wails of voter fraud down to the county level, BP.
Keep reaching, man.
Look at the bright side. You won’t have to be put in the uncomfortable position of having to defend Trump’s lies every fucking day.
Your life can have meaning again. Maybe one day, you’ll even write another review.
It’ll be OK now to review a dude, btw.
