That's irrelevant.

If relatively few of the killings are caused by legal gun owners, then legal gun owners aren't the problem. If lawful gun owners are not the problem, leave them alone.
You are well and truly stupid. Legal gun owners? Sandy Hook. Legal gun owner. This Oregon turd, legal gun owner. What the fuck are you even talking about?

Idiot. Sandy Hook was not a legal gun owner. His mother was. And yes, legal gun owners commit crimes. But what percentage of them? It is damn relevant.

I'm not opposed to gun laws. I'm opposed to knee jerk gun laws based on emotion rather than reason. Just yesterday, or the day before, an 11 year old boy asked an 8 year old girl if he could pet her new puppy. She said no. He went in his house, and took a shotgun, legally purchased by his father, from an UNLOCKED gun safe, went outside and shot and killed her. In my opinion, the kid's father should be indicted for conspiracy to commit to murder. People who own guns have the duty to make sure they don't fall into the wrong hands. If a legal gun owner is careless with his/her gun, they should be charged with the same crime as the person who steals, or otherwise comes into possession of that gun commits. If I were a judge, I'd lock that 11 year old's father up for life, and put the kid in a decent mental institution. Fucking idiot. Leaving a gun safe unlocked with kids around.

I would also support minimum sentences for crimes committed with a gun. I'd go with 10 years. No plea bargaining. I'd add the sentence for the crime committed on top of that, and no concurrent sentences. Self defense or defense of others would be the only exceptions.

I'd support a Constitutional Amendment authorizing state registration of firearms with a provision that no person's gun could be confiscated without due process of law. Anyone caught with an unregistered gun - 10 years in prison.

This would not infringe on anyone's right to own whatever gun they want. They would just have to be responsible. That is not too much to ask.

I'm not going to punish innocent, responsible people for what a handful of crazies do.

What they did was most certainly illegal wouldn't you say? So now, if you can, try to separate what legal gun owners do in a legal manner as opposed to what criminals do.

I watched a democrat today blame Congress for not passing any gun control laws because their inaction is causing people to kill others.....yes, I know. It's very stupid but it was a democrat. Anyway, Obama had a completely pliable Congress for two years and didn't pass one single gun control law or even try. I think that the prospect of the president going on TV and invoking your name is probably a bigger draw to commit murder than Congress doing nothing. So based on the logic of democrats....Obama is responsible. Not me saying that but democrats.

While we're on the topic, what do all these shooters have in common? It's not the guns. They've used handguns, revolvers, and semi automatics. They've used shotguns and they've used rifles. So what else is there? They are all crazy and/or leftists almost universally. Maybe we need some laws preventing the insane and leftists from having guns. That would take care of the Black Panthers and the Nation of Islam.

There is something in jurisprudence called a reasonable responce. You take a special case but lets go back to Sandy Hook. The guns were locked up and the maniac broke into the safe or had the key without the knowledge of his mother (as far as we know). What she did was reasonable. If she had survived, would you prosecute her as well?

I don't believe in mandatory registration. Voluntary if you want to safe guard your weapons if they are stolen but not mandatory. It's kind of like asking permission for a right. If you have to ask permission it is no longer a right but a privilege. No to registration and the possibility that someday some politician may not confiscate your weapons but outs you to the world which has happened many times. Plus, you have over 300 million weapons now that are not registered. What do you do with them? The way I see it is that if you give someone ten years for an unregistered gun then you ARE punishing innocent people. You shouldn't make laws that people don't want to obey under normal circumstances.

Bottom like is you have two mothers with mentally unstable children buying guns and teaching them how to shoot. Find any flaw in that judy? Maybe they should have taken them bowling.

ropey loads ...

woomby i think i'm gonna write up a new theme for you. it'll be better than "spider-man"

Take Me Home, Country Roads

re-written just for Woomby ..

Take me to Ropey Loads

Almost Heaven, Ropey loads
Blue ridged penis, cum filled river in your mouth
life is gay there, older than a gloryhole in the trees
younger than the piss you swallow, raining in the breeze

glory hole road, take me home
to the place i belong, on my knees taking ropey loads
Arkansas, mountain truckstop gloryhole
take me home glory hole roads

all my crevices, they gather round the gloryhole
Trucker's penis, blue veins throbbing, woomby's mouth a bobbing
Dark and dusty, cum painted on the wall
minty taste of cum, teardrops in woomby's eyes

gloryhole road, take me home
to the place i belong, on my knees at the gloryhole
Arkansas, mountain truckstop gloryhole
take me home gloryhole road

i hear the zippers opening in the mornin' hour, cocks call me
the radio reminds me of my first gloryhole far away
and drivin' down the road i get a feeling
that i should be on my knees in the gloryhole, yesterday, yesterday

glory hole road, take me home
to the place i belong, on my knees taking ropey loads
Arkansas, mountain truckstop gloryhole
take me home glory hole roads

gloryhole road, take me home
to the place i belong, on my knees taking ropey loads
Arkansas, Arkansas, mountain gloryhole, oh gloryhole
take me home to ropey loads
take me home to ropey loads
