Nice try, TParrotriots, but the FACT (shown through multiple links) that the premise of this thread, i.e. that there is an across the board tax on all home sales, has been shown to be gas bag residue.

The tax is an additional tax on those in the higher income brackets to supplement the Medicare fund, from which they will more than likely never benefit, and the one who will benefit will by the lower income or no income participants in Medicare ... or perhaps Medicade ... so it is effectively a re-distribution of wealth .. like Obaminable has wanted all along.

Are you really dumb enough to think that lower income people don't pay taxes for things in which they'll receive no benefit? That will, in fact, benefit higher income people?

Really, tell us if you're truly that dumb or not.
