Here we are with the little girl "fucs" again. God you're cute. You understand nothing, and are too pompous to understand facts that don't conform to your absurd world view. But you're wrong, When you are an adult, someone will explain it to you.

nothing like fucking up the republicans "to do" list with a tax hike is there?

they bitch about $ being set aside in the federal budget and never even notice the small % that they pay ...

slap them in the wallet with a 50% property tax increase, and they would evaporate into thin air

LOL

Private scholls cherry pick the very best students and then these stupid fucs who have no idea wtf Causality means , choke with the results of "Private' Schools.

Like that is some huge accomplishment. Private schools get the best students and then act like they are fuc'n great because they have gotten better results.

Let them trade students and see how well that sghit goes over!

"Fuc'n great" LOL! Public school, no doubt.

Gee, if people had vouchers, everyone could afford a private school. But we can't have that, can we? Because the Federal government does such a DAMN GOOD job. Which is why scores are dropping all over, and our education system is becoming the laughingstock of the world.

Oh yes I do Chester.

Just because you've peered into bathroom windows at schools does not make you an expert on education.

Yes the education department has legacy costs among other problems but an honest look needs to be taken. Not some two bit girly reaction from the likes of you....

There are two problems. The first is that everyone is forced into the public school system which in many cases is a disaster. Usually the poor are impacted the most since those that live in higher income areas have better public schools and better parent support. Vouchers will solve that problem. They enable the students to go to the school that is best for them. We are already spending the money so there will not be a dramatic increase in cost per student as many are implying here.

The second problem is the idea that all students should go to college. There are a lot of good trades that can provide people with a great life that do not require college. Many of these trades can have courses that could be taught at the high school level so that high school graduates have the skills necessary to get good jobs. The amount of money being spent on college is not justifiable for many degree programs.

As for the population getting dumber I would have to say they are less educated. The capability for intelligence has not changed. Look at who is getting elected and you have proof of that. It is my belief that the politicians do not want a smarter electorate. It would be much more difficult to manipulate the voters if they were smarter.
