Yes, it is believed that Jefferson probably did have a relationship with his wife's -- Martha Wayles Skelton -- half sister long after his wife died.

BTW, you'd do well to study the opinion that Native Americans have of Andrew Jackson; it's not at all good. Furthermore, both men were Democrats, and Andrew Jackson also owned slaves.
