It has nothing to do with being a non-conformist or a fighter, it's about my safety when I see a girl. But now we have to take it behind the scenes and ask the op of each girl we see, "hey was she...?" Honestly that is gonna get annoying when it could be settled right up front, that is all.
Obv the masses will "conform" or they will take extended breaks, as we now has 6 moderators reading everything we do and say here. That is all.

Read some of the other city's forums. See the difference from what Upstate had become. I am glad they are cleaning this up, as they should have done months ago.

I don't see the big deal. No one here is particularly stupid.......you can read between the lines easy enough, if there are troubles with a provider.

It's beyond time to get back to discussing the hobby, and encourage participation by some of the providers, instead of pissing them off so bad they either leave or won't post.

Getting back to dlm's issue of getting ripped off when paying in advance, I have a question for him. Does it have to do with the same person about whom I had asked a general question regarding prepaid $1000/10 visits and $500/7 visits deals? The opinion of the Board then was a huge NO. Later on, some Bing member spoke up and said she was very honest with these deals, and there was no shortchanging, no cutting corners on her part. I was very impressed.

Subsequently, that provider was on hiatus and has recently returned to ECCIE and has advertised herself, although without the prepaid deals. Would it be violating any rules to ask if this alert pertains to this person, or if her reputation for honesty remains unsullied. Please pardon my stupidity, but I am inexperienced and am unable to interpret rules for real, which has led me to commit some major errors. I now understand some points/rules ONLY after reading this lengthy discussion, INCLUDING the whole business about Staff edits, the Blue lined and the Red Lined issues, both of which left me scratching my head. For a VERY long time, like right up to Christmas, people used to say and write things that they now apparently cannot. I had no idea when this sudden change happened, being ill almost all of January and now too, coming back to completely different Eccie.

Before it used to be people saying and doing pretty much as they pleased. Moderators are supposed to prevent vile personal attacks, and that very basic principle, which allows the name "MODERATOR" [i.e. to moderate!] to make any sense was followed only in the breach, along with the foulest and most scurrilous language thrown around like confetti.

So, this sudden and welcome change took me by surprise. But I could not see any announcement saying, this is the new situation, for people who are somewhat blind and unaware, as I am. To expect such, is not unfair, is it? I have always tried to be polite to those who are civil and to return in kind the language used against me. So, the talk of certain issues, the physical state or marks on a person etc. was constantly bandied about in exhaustive detail, leaving me puzzled as to when the cutoff date began.

People have different abilities to understand different things. I cannot program a digital alarm clock or any electronic device, for example, no matter how often someone tries to teach me. Same here! Thank you for hearing me out. I remain genuinely confused, and it was only by sheer accident that I landed on this post which helped me understand many things.
