In your world the GOP wins were in despite of the TP; yet the loses were because...you can't have it both ways.............You are a fool to think that the 2010 GOP gains would have been higher if the TP had NOT existed !

Yes, they would have won Nevada and the state where Christy O'Donnel was nominated.
Don't you get it?
They would have won more GOP Senate seats without electing those loons in the primary.
Shila Jackson Lee gets elected in a congresional district here but could not get elected nationally.
So yes you can have your loons elected in select regions but not nationally.
How hard is that to understand?
Prime example, we keep electing Rick Perry. Did you see how fast he sunk in the national polls?
The Tea Platform is to radical for the nation. Not because I say so but because it has been rejected by the nation. It will have to either moderate or the country will have to move further right.
Those are just facts Whirly.

Ohio is where the action is. If Romney wins Ohio , he will be our next President.
Can you wait just one more week for the poll that really matter or do I have to keep pulling the car over so you can go pee?
Patience, Little Grasshopper, Patience...we will be there soon.

You don't get it; the GOP made historic gains in 2010 because of TP turnout and enthusiasm,,,,they didn't win all the seats, that doesn't prove your point that the TP is toxic !

The Rooster does not sise the Sun. The Tea Party is a Rooster taking way to much credit...

The Rooster does not sise the Sun. The Tea Party is a Rooster taking way to much credit for what would have been a natural order.
It is toxic on a national stage.
It was toxic in Nevada and Delaware.
What Christe is saying is that in some places it is good to be a Tea Party Nut and in other places not so much. You do realize that Santorum, the Tea Party choice , could not even win the GOP nomination. How do you think you are a national party if you can't even win the GOP nomination? You are special interest group that the GOP has to cater to, just like the Dem's cater to the NAACP.

"I think Delaware was a missed opportunity to have a really good United States senator, Mike Castle, and that's why I endorsed him in the primary," said Christie on NBC's "Meet the Press." He added, however, that the Tea Party was a "net positive" although there would be "variance around the country."

I think it will be a whimper rather than a storm. At worst the current regime will steal what they can and leave graffiti on the way out like the Clintonites did.

Me thinks there were some sore Gore losers in 2000.
You really think Romney will win? I thought you more politically savy than that I know you want him to but you really think Romney will win Ohio? I just do not see it. One week and a day and we will know.

Tea Party will leave the GOP hopelessly splintered for the next generation.
Pity our grandchildren will have to bear the folly of YOUR FUCKING STUPIDITY!

Ohio: Romney 50%, Obama 48%
The race for Ohio’s Electoral College votes remains very close but now Mitt Romney now has a two-point advantage.
The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Ohio Voters shows Romney with 50% support to President...

another complete fabrication. Every credible model has POTUS winning he electoral college and more than likely winning popular vote. Sandy will expose Romney as a completely unfeeling asshole to the people of the East Coast and Midwest. It's gonna be ugly.
welcome, douchebags, to fantasy island!
