A $50 (an example of well-head price) barrel of oil sitting in the middle of Alberta. Canada will sell to whoever pays. China will not buy that oil because it is much cheaper to get it from the Persian Gulf or Russia. Because of transport costs.

Do you think there will be a pipeline from Alberta to the Pacific? How soon? What cost?
