If a provider accidentally gets pregnant from a hobbyist, can she file a lawsuit against him?

I hope a hobbyist or provider would not be that stupid to even admit such acts of any illegal activity for the sake of the unborn child.. just saying.

This! Though of course proof in form of a paternity test would be mandatory. TBQH, unless the hobbyist is not very discreet and visits the lady in question regularly I'm not sure how he'd be tracked down. It's probably best ladies stick to condoms, the pill and plan b at all times. Can't count on others to do the right thing if you get knocked up, that's just how life is.

That sucks that the pill made you sick. Have you tried different ones? I'm not really too knowledgeable as to the differences in pills. I just know that civies I've been with have taken different shit. I think there is a wide variety that your doc can prescribe.
