You guys are focusing way too much about what the cost of an insurance policy is going to be. It doesn't matter if your policy is $50/mo or $10,000/mo if a healthcare provider will not see you if you have an Obamacare policy. As of now the quotes that we have received range from .2% for a bronze plan to 4.5% for the platinum plan higher than what Medicaid currently pays, which does not pay the bills and why we don't see patients with Medicaid and have NO plans to see patients with the Obamacare plans.

Of course we are not the only providers, but we run an extremely tight and efficient organization and except for your strip mall doctors and nurses who play doctors, there is very little chance that, over the long term, any other hospital or doctor will be able to accept these patients either and stay in business.

Also, some may have missed it, but the death panel just changed the age from 40 to 50 for women to receive mammography's for part of their yearly wellness checks. Which means the Obamacare plans will not have to pay for these procedures until a woman reaches the age of 50. These are the things going on behind the scenes that most people don't understand. The insurance companies give the government quotes, when they are perceived to be too high, they change the rules so the insurance companies can re-quote at a lower rate that "looks good" to the misinformed. Of course there was no breast cancer specialist on this panel that decided to raise the age.

Word of advice, get on the phone with your doctor and local hospital and educate yourself before you buy a near worthless piece of paper.

Nobody has an Obamacare policy yet, but you can Google "doctors won't see patients with Medicaid" if you wish to educate yourself. And, no I'm not a doctor, I'm the one who tells the doctors we employ who they will, and who they will not see.
