Agreed, the new technology is mRNA (Messenger-RNA). I know n is right next to m on the key board. The Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are based on the mRNA which has the code for the "Spike protein" portion of the CV19 virus. Astro-Zeneca's vaccine is based on the old technology, the actual CV19 virus made inactive by removing the DNA portion.

Speed Racer posted a link to a video of a 60 minutes segment that covered where the government is with the delivery system. The 85 million doses of the Pfizer's vaccine will be available to get the general public vaccinated by spring/summer 2021. The FDA will
make a go / no go decision on Pfizer's vaccine on Dec 14, 2020. Moderna will have their decision day a week later.
