The first comment on the blog was the best. "These guys (the cutters) are experts at sampling each others secret sauce."

Five guys has the best fries, and the burgers are good too although they tend to fall apart and be messy (but good) eating. The best burgers are at Twisted Root, though.

ha ha, 3 hour lines for In-N-Out burgers in Dallas but these yahoos just walk in and pass the others to get theirs! LOL too funny. I am glad I ate my first In-N-Out burgers in Los Angeles and can wait it out till the lines go down and more are built in DFW.

They open till 1 in the morning. So if you show up pretty late, the line is much shorter.

Arrived right at 7 PM tonight and we were sitting down to eat at 7:25.

They have a pretty good crew. One young man working told me most of the crew transferred from existing locations. They kept things moving quite well.

I would not wait 30 minutes for even Ruth's Chris Steak House much less for a fast food hamburger. Like the saying goes "there's a sucker born every minute"

That has to be the most ignorant statement I have ever heard.

So you have NEVER eaten out at any restaurant? From parking time to food on your table EVERY restaurant takes at least 25 minutes.

All well and good........As an aficionado of I/O what is your opinion of the local offerings versus those in California?

I would not wait thirty minutes in line at a fast food joint. Fast food is for those people that are unaware of the harm they are doing to themselves. I have a life and waiting in line for fast food is not at the top of my list. Since you Boltfan obviosuly got caught up in the media hype about a very average hamburger chain with a cult following, then you need to perhaps get a life.

Love it when the new guy comes in and decides to throw around insults on someone he knows nothing about. Or is this BBFW reincarnated? Oh and nice backtrack there smart guy. Way to try and twist your original point when you had it thrown back in your face as being ignorant. Must be another troll, since two of your three posts have been attempts to insult me. Try to be a bit more original and accurate. "Cult following" is hardly accurate when it comes to describing the success of In n Out.

Chainsaw - The taste to me was the same as any of the other locations I have visited in the past. The service also was up to In n Out standards as well. Constant patrolling by the staff to keep the place clean and they know how to handle a rush.

I've been to InO in Cali and now here and I gotta say... it's just hamburgers, people. Get over it. Better than McDonald's... sure. Better than the other burger places in town... not so much. It's a chain serving ground beef, spices, fixins, and a bun. Not much room for differentiation. Anyone who waited in line is a sad loser. I'm sorry, but that's the bottom line. If you disagree, tell us why.

Default Nothing but a slightly better burger than a Big Mac.

There are In-n-Outs all over California and I have never seen anything as crazy as people standing in line for hours waiting for a mediocre burger in Frisco. For a genuinely delicious burger, one that the kitchen will cook it just right for you, try Kenny Burger Joint on Legacy & 121. They are almost as good as the one served at Club 21 in NYC.

I drove by the one in Allen tonight around 6:3. The drive thru was about 40 cars deep. I just don't have the patience to wait that long for a burger.

Boltfan no one insulted you, I guess its true in the absence of light darkness prevails. I merely said I would not give in to waiting the time a lot of customers did when In and Out first opened. You take things as you wish. I may be new to ECCIE, so what? I dont understand your point and do not wish to have a "war of words" over a hamburger restaurant nor would I wait in line as you and other have done so I will just walk away from this.
