That was the hype (and apparently still is) to get it passed ....
The 40 to 50 million number was debunked and has been repeatedly.
The problem NOW IS .... the same yo-yo's who published those figures ...
.. now want to claim a "success" ... (look at this thread!!).
The "proponents" can't even produce verification that 10% of that number have actually obtained health insurance ... and most of those they claim to have "coverage" signed up for MEDICAID ....
Now how does a MEDICAID recipient HELP provide insurance coverage for others?
For instance ... ask YouRong .... how he provides insurance coverage for other people!!
The ACA is a failure ... I just saw a report that there have been 34 executive changes to the law.

So it was "intended" to do what when it was passed? It has not done that ... so it is "tweaked"?
No! It is DELAYED while the taxpayers are picking up the tab for the number crunchers to look good.
