You don't have to risk someone accusing you of being a racist if you'd word it differently. It doesn't even sound like you don't like black guys. It sounds more like you don't like younger guys, especially thugs, who may be dangerous or time wasters. Say instead, "Upscale 30+ gentlemen only with good references" and your thug problem is solved. I doubt many 30+ thugs have good references, but if they do and the references say he's a great guy, then no matter what color somebody is, we could all use one more good guy in the rolodex.

I Screen, and i also see black guys any age...but have never ran into a problem with a thug, pimp, rapist, etc showing up at my door weither their blk or white....because i screen!!!!

It's ok. I didn't screen when I first started because I just didn't get it. Now I'm the Screen Queen and I enjoy a much nicer clientele. I actually like my job even better now than when I started. So besides safety, there's lots of good reasons to do it
