Apparently it is WhirlyTits who does not "know the definition of
trending."
According to the "very respectable Real Clear Politics" (WhirlyTit's words, not mine), Obama was leading in Wisconsin by 3 points in late August/early September. On September 24, Obama was leading in Wisconsin by 6.8 points. On October 8, Obama leads in Wisconsin by 6.6 points.
Wisconsin certainly qualifies as being in the
"trending" Obama category. And WhirlyTits, the mere fact that Wisconsin is currently trending Obama is what this thread is about.

While on the subject, I started this thread because you have previously made a point on several occasions during the past few months that "Wisconsin is trending Romney" (WhirlyTit's words, not mine). In spite of the fact that up until today, Romney has yet to lead Obama in Wisconsin. In spite of that, you have repeatedly proclaimed that "Wisconsin is trending Romney."
WhrilyTit's, the moral of the story is: Had you not opened mouth and inserted foot, this thread would have never been started in the first place!
