I dont find OH2 that usefull. ECCIE has always been more usefull for me particularly its search functions. OH2 is overpopulated with providers under 30. I like providers that are 35-55 and its easier to find them on ECCIE

Remembering back to Black Tuesday, they took down owners that had multiple locations. And they let these operations run for quite some time to let them build up assets.

Then they seized all assets.

Owners with single locations were not even affected, yet single location owners were involved in the same business.

Lesson learned. No one really gives a shit what you are up to until they can profit from it.

It's easy to find where the server is located but then what is the relationship between the US and that other country? If it's not rock solid then they make the US jump through a bunch of hoops. They may tell the US to pound sand because they have no problem with the site. Maybe that country has legalized prostitution and they think the US should too. So, cooperation could depend on what they want from the US then it gets political.

oh2-- was smart enough to host its servers in a country with no agrrements with the u.s plus it does not get paid by any member male or female for membership nor does it accept sponsors or money for ADVERTISING... there are no banner or ad revenue the law is set for websites that get paid to host not free sites..

p4 is owned by new u.k owners but still server is canada there is not traety between countries (they are nutral ehh!! as in mind their own bisness and demand others do the same..) theres even a pretty exemption code to be found on the bottom of there site pages...

these new laws are only for texas jurisdiction it was signed by the govenor not the president (so i think some may need a refresher goverment bills class)

But what does worry me was didnt this place disconnect to move servers out of u.s?? but when a texas only based law is put into effect it got super scary and shut more things down?(sounds like someone just took a vaca not made any actual moves)...

either way i feel bad for the big E, as it will slowly fade...no pics no ads no bcd xxx pics (or so ive assumed from a few public comments on reviews)
so whats going to keep the ladies wanting to log in??? and what is going to interest the gentleman WHO PAID FOR PREMIUM ACCESS that are now restricted to regular access any member gets i mean sure you can read ros but like the saying goes "a pic is worth a 1000 words'...

You're right. Searching for reviews and such is a little more laborious but it's possible.

If the owners (or mods) are in Texas, they are subject to Texas criminal law, regardless of where their servers are located. Again, the statute does not require any profit motive, but imposes liability for a violation similar to arson. Yes, people will sometimes burn down a structure for insurance money, but it is a violation of the Texas Penal Code regardless of whether the person was seeking to profit from the act. Most criminal laws (assault, murder, DUI, etc.) don't require any profit motive.
