Yup, this is absolutely the case.
I got dinged for a post(and looking at it, rightfully so in my opinoin if images of children are forbidden) that depicted a certain Sesame Street character with children in the background. In comparison it was essentially not different than the Jackson video posted, but it hasn't been pulled down as my post was.
Maybe one was RTM'd more than another, maybe some leeway granted to one poster over another. I personally dont' know, but accept that I most likely overstepped in my post and I'm trying to not make a similar mistake again.
That "some" want to push the envelope is their choice and even their choice to brag about. We had a nasty poster last several days thinking they were above the "law" before being banned.
I also feel relatively certain by the "pack your bags" post that followed that I know who RTM'd me on it.
I caution all to be vigilant with your posts and follow the rules, unless banning is a right of passage which it seems for some on here.
