In my experience, the words "I'm not [

However, you're entitled here to be argumentative, and well within your rights to ask:

My recollection is that "inevitable arrest" is close to if not an exact quote from one of the studies I've read on the subject. Such studies covered the entire spectrum of the profession from streetwalkers to high dollar hotties. Over the entire spectrum, the chances of arrest are quite high. Most likely, those chances are heavily influenced by the fact that ladies at the lower end of the spectrum (streetwalkers, strippers who regularly provide "takeout", and BP/CL girls) get arrested at higher rates than the higher class ladies. But still, it can happen to anyone, as some ladies on this very site can testify...

Just for the record, I'd have to say that based on my years in the legal profession, and my position as a mod on a few escort sites, I would have to agree with bcg to a point.....I don't necessarily agree that it's "
inevitable that the providers are going to get arrested if they stay in it long enough.....But, I do agree that if the cops have a hard-on for one of the ladies, and she doesn't either get the hell out of Dodge, or have someone watching her back, then I'd say her arrest will be "
inevitable"......And, I also just want to say that because most of you guys aren't told about some provider getting arrested, that doesn't mean she hasn't been taken down to the local greybar hotel once or twice in their lives before.....I've been on both sides of the fence and have had ladies from the lifestyle come before me when I was a prosecutor, and have also had many more contact me as a defense attorney.....Many ladies are members of this and other boards (and no, I will NEVER reveal their identities either here or via backchannel so DON'T ASK ! ! ! ! !).....
So while I don't have any statistical data to back up my statements, I do have many years in the legal profession, with the overwhelming majority of those years being in the area of criminal law, both prosecution and defense, and I can state that bcg's statement are probably as close to being accurate as one can get.....
Now back to our regularly scheduled programming.....
