I also consider Palin a high functioning retard, I would really like to see if she could pass a high school government class.

You are a troll. People want to honestly engage you and you just insult and run.
I read that article last night. Its lead point was that the mosque wasn't on 'ground zero' but two blocks away. Why continue reading? Article isn't even funny.

Back On Track
I think we should get back on track here, folks.
The original joke posted by Toolman was the funniest I've heard in ages, but the ensuing barrage of personal insults is serving no purpose other than debasing the conversation.
Let's everyone take a deep breath and take a step back.
Personally, I think the mosque idea is in very poor taste and won't get built.

Seriously? Cracked.com is where you do your research?
I'm not even going to bother. I didn't realize what I was up against...
For those of us thinking at a 10th grade level or higher, here's an op-ed I found very interesting. (A word of warning to the libs: its from a... religious website!!!! )

... she doesn't need to pass one ..... it is not a qualification for ....
being a mayor ...
being a governor ....
or being President, apparently.
But as I posted before ....
ridiculing Palin ... or Bush ... doesn't
improve Obama
improve the country
improve the economy
improve the job market
improve our stature in the world
and it sure doesn't demonstrate your superior intellect.

It strikes me that we spend far too much time arguing with one another, when the real enemy of our country is the Global Elite and the Bankers, who, by the way, control both sides of our political debates. America is being raped and pillaged while we waste our energies arguing the merits of Conservativism vs Liberalism. Under a police state you will all be treated the same.

[quote=LittleSpike;526246] America is being raped and pillaged while we waste our energies arguing the merits of Conservativism vs Liberalism. /quote]
Spike,
consensual, acquiesence is not "rape" ....
and the partaking of mindless contributions is not "pillage" ...
as for any "debates" or "arguing the merits of Conservativism vs Liberalism" .....
generally speaking it appears to me that there is a philosophical struggle, perhaps even a tug-of-war, over the direction in which this country should be headed and how to get to the destination intended.
There are those who would rather distract from their own miscalculations by arrogantly ridiculing and dismissing those who are unhappy with their misguided results, or the lack thereof, and broken promises and predictions, ... and I would not call that a struggle between "Liberals" and "Conservatives."
Even after the upcoming election and the one afterwards, which I believe will complete a much-needed course correction, those who have no solution for the current financial disaster in this country will still be name-calling, dismissing, ridiculing, and whining .... they are unhappy, dissatisfied, and miserable little people, who bolster their self-image by attempting to minimize those around them.
They too shall pass, like their ineffective leader and standard bearer.

Another interesting op-ed regarding Islamist infiltration of the U.S. and the Muslim Brotherhood's public, 5-phase plan to change the U.S. permanently.
Despite what a reactionary opposition might think, I am not anti-Muslim -- I am pro-American. America and the liberty we espouse and represent are opposed and hated by Islamist militants, especially the Wahabbists in Saudi Arabia. They are openly and actively trying to change American laws and policy to be more compliant with Shari'ah, Islamic Law. These changes would be a complete reversal of virtually all liberties enjoyed in the United States, especially those enjoyed by women, non-Muslims, homosexuals, and almost any other minority special interest group you can name, EXCEPT Sunni Muslim males.
Our misguided liberal friends, most of whom claim to champion these very groups Shari'ah law would persecute, would give away all of these liberties in the name of appearing to be more accommodating of Islam. They don't understand the board, the pieces, the rules, the stakes or their opponent. They don't even think they're playing a game -- and they're going to lose us everything that generations of Americans have fought and died for.

1. Who is RebeccaRothko? Is she a provider or does she just mouth off a lot?
2. Why is she posting here? I can't find any reviews or ads on this board.
3. Does anyone give a rat's ass what she has to say? I don't know how she got the rating of "Valued Poster," but I didn't get to vote before she was given that rating.

If you look at the Manhattan politicians that support this mosque they are big lefties, in fact many of them said the person they most admire in history was Neville Chamberlain.
Liberals think that that the way to deal with bullies is to appease them.
This is their beliefs put in action
