I haven't read everyones response to this thread so I don't know if anyone mentioned this. But if this kid was killed by mistake and the President confirms that it was a mistake, couldn't that be considered Negligent Homocide.I mean if Iam shooting a Gun and a stray bullet hits and kills a kid playing in his backyard. I surely didn't mean for it to happen, but I would still be liable criminally. Looks like to me another demerit goes to president Oopsbama and his band of misfit twits. Iam just saying.

Like I said, it's on his dad, who apparently decided to be a terrorist dedicated to killing Americans, and moved his family into a combat zone. It looks like some of the stories indicate the kid was in the company of other known terrorists at the time he got greased. Other stories say he was out in the desert looking for his father. Hmmmm. Anybody want to make a bet that this kid was totally on board with, and hypnotized by, jihad against the US? A future terrorist in the making that we no longer have to worry about.
