I'm curious DJ why do you think that some white people like you find conversations on race to be uncomfortable when we start talking about history or issues within the white community but those same people be eager to talk about issues plaguing the black community. I've always found that to be a tad bit odd....don't you?

The USA has been a country since 1776. It was a slave owning country for about 80 years. Slavery has been outlawed for about 153 years. Isn't it time to take responsibility for your own life ? Not blame the past as the reason you can't do anything ? Arnold Schwarzenegger couldn't even speak english when he came to the USA, and was a bricklayer - look what he accomplished.
