It may be that the video and the activities depicted in it was done with her knowledge and approval. But that does not justify distribution of said video without her approval. Even worse is using it as leverage.
Clearly she is young. And since there is some degree of stigma attached to BBFS, I would imagine she thought it necessary to make an attempt to rationalize that when posting in coed. Although no rationalization was necessary.

And no, I have not seen the video and do not intend to. Thankfully there are numerous fine reviewers like Abe, You&Me, Shep and others who provide enough visual stimulation through their excellent reviews (and without holding someone hostage, as far as I can tell from the other side of the internet) that I do not have to ask for or view the optics involving psychopaths.
