He doesn't need to buy the black vote. If he keeps his pre virus approval ratings among African Americans the election is over. Historically the GOP carries less than 10% of the black vote. Trump got 9% in 2016. His approval rating right now goes anywhere from 16%-25%. Again if that holds it is over. Not that I don't love women of color but I wouldn't base the African American approval of Trump off what you heard last night!
