There is a reason why multitudes of people are successful when enrolled in a class watching Billy Banks or Insanity or Zumba or ???....unless you have motivation to continue, you just give up...

Over a year ago, I lost weight on BodHD and working 8 hours a day outside, for the first time in 15 years. Another injury took that all away, but my motivation was to spend an hour with a lady of my choice for every 5 pounds lost...good time and great motivation.

Sweetie, c if u can find a personal trainer to help u keep ur mojo! I know it can get boring doing the same things by yourself.
Some if the guys in the AL forum had a thread going about p90x and it seemed a good approach for most.
Carbs are also a big part as well u have to avoid. Your young, so age isn't going to kick ur butt just yet!

HGH is not steroid. It is Human Growth Hormone. I take it. They say it gives you more energy, but I don't notice that. Perhaps it has to do with the fact that I'm a high energy person in the first place.

Maintaining your weight isn't easy if you do it for vanity; it has to be done for your health. A healthy diet and exercise are critical in any healthy lifestyle. If it was easy, everyone would be thin. It's a matter of discipline; everything in life is. I hate to run, but I do. Good luck.
