I beg to differ. A true humanitarian would have not caught the fish in the first place unless they intended to eat it. I have seen a couple of movies where it was used as a form of torture. Kill someone and bring them back, kill them again and bring them back, over and over until they crack. If not kill them then bring them to the point of death.
