YES, it does take TWO mature people to make any relationship work, not just within the hobby.
Some guys may get turned on and hotter sex after they read the ROS, so that part could be personal choice.
Not only do you not want to force her to stop providing for 'love', DON'T expect her to change her services if she is still an active provider unless you are able to make up for the income she would be losing to stop that service.

That is maturity, if true. If you can truly accept the hobby as any other job she may have. Some waitresses have to flirt with diners, or bartenders or many other jobs where the lady would have to make the customer feel good to earn tips. This is just more physical than flirting.

True, this is not a dating site. And there do have to be rules.
I have noticed at times that I do doubt my SO because of how we met, however as long as there is communication things can be very good. 
Someone mentioned "damaged goods", we may be that in some ways. And maybe a little jaded because we see things that a normal/blinded SO sees them. Make sure to keep things open and communicate.
IF she is as into you, then that is your only chance to make it work. But it will be work at times, it won't be as easy as you may hope. You may have to deal with insecurities and reassure her. Or leave the hobby entirely if she is the possessive, jealous type. But she should also accept you the way you are IF she wants you too.
Some ladies may need the extra attention of someone that they love or care for after being with clients that are only physical, whether they enjoy it or not. (I personally enjoy myself with clients, however I need that personal touch of my lover.) Some may not want to be touched at all or may just want to cuddle. Some may not really want anything to do with sex because of their work. Some may end up treating their SO like a client. We are all individuals so you would have to base your experience on who the 2 of you are. You can't expect what works for one person to work for you.
