I forget when and where I heard this, but I heard it sometime somewhere:
"Men fall in love with ladies they've had sex with. Women have sex with men they've fallen in love."
I think in its an unintentional trap. My wife had a very low libido and sex was never important to her. For example: she said that she tried to masturbate one time. It didn't really do anything for her so there was no sense in trying again.
