Change your search parameters. I, for instance, will always appear among the ladies who chose to see newbies (0-1 okays).

Wanna keep me off of your ass, be nice, play by the rules and don't start shit with people that you can't handle taking shit off of and I eventually have to come by and clean up after ya.

As far as this thread topic is concerned... I've always been an advocate of instituting a "thumbs up" or "OK" system being enacted on this board for the guys. I do not think this is a system which should be regulated by male moderators but by the female moderators on the board... or simply make it an automated system.

Then again, I think it would be beneficial to have one male & one female moderator per region. There are some issues which are far better handled by women and having to go outside the area to get one of the lady mods to step in is less efficient.

I don't know anything about Wichita, but the majority on P411 in KC will either require references or Basic + or ++ or+++. So a guy signs up to be verified via P411 only to find out, it really did him no good until he gets references or "OK's".

Fact of the matter is that I've never had to give out personal info to anyone, and somehow I've been able to find my way through the forest.
I once did give out info to an agency, only for him to call my home (pre-cell phone) NOT GOOD
Gave out a ref. to a potential provider who emailed the girl I saw, for her tto never wish to see me again because of it.
Since then, I will neither give out personal info or provider ref.
There are just too many fish in the sea who can figure out w/o all that P411 etc. stuff
too worry about what might happen.
I know that's just me, and I know you need to CYA. This an absolute must. But the other side of the fence need to do the same.
A quandary for sure.

I'm sure you can find providers without such screening requirements, but it comes down to how bad do you want to see a particular provider. You will have to jump her hoops to get past the door, and if she wants P411 or equal (or more) that's what it takes. Of course your other option is to pass and go on to the next provider who doesn't require such screening. P411 is a convenient way to open up opportunities that may not otherwise be possible, or as easy.

There is no monoply or set standard how individual provider's screen. For any one provider to state..."this is the way, or highway", well she has every right to determine her way....but that's her way, not the "final say" for other providers.

In terms of the hobbist, there is a great selection of gals to see. When chosing a specfice provider, of course her screening rules. However, if for anyway reason, a guy
decides that does not work for him....plenty of other quality ladies to pick from, that have different screening methods that work for them.
