It's hard to say which is the best, I've seen lots of places listed that I want to try, and lots of places that I have tried. I will say that The Rib Tickler in tomball is a regular part of my diet.

My smoked meats are the best, nut too much time investment to do weekly. Here in S. Monkey County (and from my days in SA), I really like Rudy's. They have a consistent smoke on the meats and I do like their choice of sauces to dab the Q in.

The place with the yellow M sign. They have this sandwich from frozen meats they pressed into looking like ribs then they soak in bbq sauce!
