His facts are correct. Both the British and the Red Cross pulled out after they were attacked. And our facilities in Libya had been previously attacked. Where do you get your "facts" Ekim?

with several MASSIVE attacks on the consulate before Stevens went to visit, and holding the knowledge there would be no extra security for the 7 americans while they were at the compound, the decision to leave Tripoli and venture to Bengazi is resting at the whitehouse doorstep?
yeah, ok ... that makes perfect sense to idiots.
The End.

So if you think there is a likelihood of someone shooting at you, you should just turn tail and run? Americans serving their country in harm's way, do not do this. They ask for backup, more troops, more security but they do not shirk their duties and go hide somewhere.

You still don't get it, do you CBJ7. It is the Obama administration's responsibility to provide adequate security for our embassy facilities. And in the light of the previous attacks, it is inexcuseable that they did not.

Adequate security can not be provided without the proper funding NG. Security ain't free.

This bullshit argument has already been debunked numerous times on this board.

That's one of the flaws of the "intellectual liberals" ....
.. they actually believe others are dumber than they are .... and
have extremely short terms memories.
Or is that THEY have extremely short term memories?
Like the new argument that it is Stevens' own fault he is dead, because he knew there was gonna be an attack that would end up killing him ....
.. and how "he" knew that, but Obaminable did NOT!

So in these numerous times, was it concluded that adequate funding was available?

All three items you list above are against what Odumbo said he would do when he first ran for President. He was supposed to be a peace loving president. He even received the Nobel Peace Prize for what the Nobel committee "expected" of him. Isn't that one of the reasons people voted for him the first time? You would think they would know better than to trust him but the kool aid is too good.

see, you keep reminding everyone of the danger present at Bengazi, and who had been attacked AND pulled up stakes and left the region ... yet Stevens decided to go visit anyway ... under whos orders? and why? Did the WH give him specific orders? The State Dept? The CIA? The Pentagon?
supposedly ...
Between 125 and 150 gunmen, "some wearing the Afghan-style tunics favored by Islamic militants," are reported to have participated in the assault. Some had their faces covered and wore flak jackets. Weapons they used during the attack included rocket-propelled grenades, hand grenades, AK-47 and FN F2000 NATO assault rifles, diesel canisters, mortars, and heavy machine guns and artillery mounted on gun trucks
The assault began at nightfall, with the attackers sealing off streets leading to the main compound with gun trucks. The trucks bore the logo of Ansar al-Shariah, a group of Islamist militants working with the local government to manage security in Benghazi.
exactly WHAT type of security would it have taken to stop an assault of that nature ? Did Bengazi warrant that type of security 24/7 365? or do we simply detach a large security team everytime the ambassador decided to venture away from the Embassy and make a visit to the consulate?
I get it alright ... the rightwingers are operating on talking points and are too stupid to take the entire picture into full light .. so what else is new.
