Either one of the Brenners can be exceptional and their atmosphere's can't be beat but for consistently outrageous quality, service and presentation my nod goes to Papas.

You can get a better steak at the Golden Corral than Del Friscos.
The last 12 months they have gone from having pretty good steaks to having very poor steaks. Much better places in Houston to eat.
