If you are not going to gear it to each customer you are better off not doing it.
For example. I tried to book with a popular provider multiple times and we just could not connect because i have a very demanding schedule. Now she sends me mass emails once a week stating she is available and it just annoys me now.

It makes m day to receive a hello, how you doing type of email or pm (here or P411) from a lady. Even if I have not seen her before, it doesn't matter much provided the conversation is pleasant and genuine. An informative message about availability it ok within reason,
The one thing that is a complete turn off is receiving a whining message, chastising me for not seeing her. This happened to me once, and although she was probably just busting my balls in jest, it didn't go over well. Haven't seen her since.
My profession and other non-hobby responsibilities often interfere with my playtime and I may go for rather long periods without visiting a lady. The ladies that understand and respect that, yet still take the time to drop a friendly hello without being overbearing or demanding are the ones I want to hear from and the ones I am most likely going to see again when I'm able.

PM is always ok, a text to the few that have my hobby phone is perfect too as it's only on occasionally. We all know this is business but the illusion of being wanted (and I guess we are for one reason or another) is sexy.

First of all let me say I feel left out that I did not get the new menu item mass communication. :-( LOL!
For me communication via PMs is the best way since I don't access my hobby e-mail much and I turn off the google voice.
I'm not sure how I feel about communication outside the scheduling, small talk, etc. I think a group message with updates, specials, schedules, etc is fine. I'm more split on a personalized message. It's probably YMMV depending on hobbyist. I'm sure getting one would be great, but I think it also blurs the line a little. For me, the one hour + that I see a lady is an escape from reality, then it's on to the same BS routine called life. In a lot of ways, that hour is preferable to the routine; I don't necessarily want to be reminded of the fantasy world, because it's not real. We all have jobs, responsibilities, etc, and to me I don't necessarily want daily reminders of something that in many ways I enjoy more than my real life.

Lol! L41T! It was for fbsm. I sent a pm to the gents who responded to a thread I posted inquiring about possibly offering. After I got a table and all the supplies I wanted to let them know I was ready for business. I would NOT leave you off such a list should I ever do it again. Promise

I feel the sincerity of a mass PM or email is often best, I like to feel as though I'm one of five or six thousand close friends.

me personally I live alone and would love phone calls however if the number is blocked I may not answer so I guess emails either on here or personal email is good and then I can respond but if I respond it doesn't necessarily mean im seeking a transaction as with some guys as I said I live alone and do get lonely and look for someone to talk too im just not into spending large sums of money for conversation

I love reading all the varied responses.
What about the ladies? How do you typically reach out to gents, if at all?

I prefer hugs, kisses, BBBJ, CFS..... Sometimes greek, oh not that communication.
Texts, PMs and e mails. Mass mailings are cool, but once I contact you I want to be treated like an.individual. let me know something you remember specifically about me, and I will feel special and come back for more.
Nothing communicates like BBBJ though..... Done properly it says I appreciate you more than anything else a woman can say.

I typically do not reach out first to anyone. I have a hard time remembering what day it is, let alone who has an SO or who is single. The last thing I ever want to do is put a gentleman in a compromising position. Well, unless it's with me during BCD then all bets are on! If I get a text and can respond within a timely fashion, I will. Otherwise, I will pm from here, P411 or email him. I NEVER send out mass messaging trolling for business. I think that is a bad look. I'd rather place an ad or maybe answer an ISO, privately of course.

I agree with EVERYTHING you said K4U! I feel awkward contacting gents. I figure if they wanna see me they will contact me.
I have heard it expressed at times that if I haven't contacted someone they didn't think I was interested in seeing them again. I feel bad for anyone feeling rejected in that sense but at the same time.... well...it's in my best interest to be interested so why wouldn't I be?
