Good post Shep, but I think the ratio should be at least be 1:1 or more women than men- sort of like the format that swingers club follow- usually on their busiest night(s)- they require men to have a woman to enter, but will allow single ladies to enter unescorted-can you imagine going to a "swingers" club where the ratio of men to women is 2:1 in the men's favor- I surely wouldn't be interested.- with your ratio if everyone is "busy"- one guy will always be "Sharing". I also agree the participants have to be a match.

Shep you left out the most critical part- what was the fee?

Ok, but that would seem more like a social and than just "hooking" up with the provider afterwards- I don't think that was the original intention of the OP and here's another issue with that scenario- let's say there were 5 ladies and 5 guys- you have your eyes on Girl A and I and another person have our eyes on Girl A. Would it requires us to wait until you are done with Girl A- are we paying the ladies hourly rate? If so- the 3rd guy has to wait perhaps 2 hours or so to get his turn. The whole idea sounds great, but just some many issues can ensue that could really make it complicated. Back in the days when Ariel Amore tried to host these events- the way she sold it was - you pay a set fee and there's no time limit and the ladies will be ready to play, but in reality it didn't pan out that easily- you would be lucky if you got to play with one girl- or a lot of the time the ladies were dancing and doing everything else except screwing.

Shep who is paying for your party? It must be a generous person that expects no return on their investment. A free party sounds like a cheap party.

To me it does not seem all that complicated if everyone knows what they are there for. There is sort of a boys club on the site and I noticed at the socials many of them are more interested in each other than the girls. It would be great to avoid that. I don't really understand the guy/girl ratio or the idea that there is some magic number of people necessary to make it a good party. All that is necessary is guys that are willing to spend and girls that ready to earn. No bullshit, no window shopping no prude ass bitches.

Again, it was the best setup I have seen. I think other setups such as ones Ariel tried to do are too problematic.

SEM... This is the main difference of a hobbyist organizing vs a female provider. A provider sees it as a business opportunity. A hobbyists sees it as a fantasy of picking who ever is there he can see.

Nonetheless....there is no perfect idea of putting something like this together. Just ideas that fit your mold the best.

I think you make good sense. The cheapskates can ruin something like this, getting a free ride on the backs of the guys who pay and the girls who show what they have. Probably really hard to set up and keep everyone happy. AIrbnb might work - but who is going to put down the deposit and their name?

So many scenarios , I would think that having 5 hobbyists and 5 providers at a private residence is not really a open hobby party. They hang out have drinks and conversation then go off to separate rooms to play. That's what most do in the hobby anyways. If it's a free for all then it's an orgy, totally different thing. But if you had a group of hobbyist and providers meeting at a private party where you don't know all the providers that will be there, you socialize then if you connect you go BCD, then back to the party. This sounds like more fun then just meeting at a house and then going off to BCD with a planed date.

Anyways I know there is a good happy medium.

You make some good points- but there HAS to be a solid ratio- honestly let's say 4 of your friends show up SEM and 20 guys who all don't know each other show up- just simply doing the math - there are going to be some guys getting the short end of the stick no pun intended.
Prime example, about a year ago- some hobbyist thought it would be a great idea to host a "gangbang" and the lady that he had lined up was gorgeous- but he want too far when he said he/she wanted at least 30 guys to come and it would have been an all night event. The entry fee was I believe 300 if you wanted action and I believe they later said 50 or 75 if you wanted to watch but not participate.
Number one- I promise quite a few of the 30 who said they were coming would have got cold feet and not showed up, but let's say all 30 did show up- that $300 x 30=9000- big gain for the lady and I am pretty sure the organizer would have got a cut, but here's the huge problem that people were overlooking. Let's assume she's extreme PSE- no holds barred- each horny guy paying 300 dollars is going to want to get his money's worth and correct me if I am wrong- but in all possibilities- she's going to only be able to accommodate 3 guys at one time- assuming worst case scenario- she's getting double penetrated and oral at the same time. So the other 27 guys are going to be standing in the all waiting their turn??? WTF!!! Also, if you are not one of the first 3 guys- I hope none of the other 27 plan to DATY. Physically I don't think the average lady would be able to physically able to handle that situation.
I know that's an extreme case and from a provider's POV(point of View) the more that show up the better pay day, but the more men that show up-assuming the ratio is greater than the ladies present- the more problems you are going to have overall trust me. Take 20 ladies and 20 men and put them in a huge room and tell them to have a great time- now come back in 15 minutes and tell 15 of those ladies you have to leave the room- if you got 20 men and 5 ladies- DISASTER!!!!

I think you would want the number of guests to be 1.5x higher than the number of rooms. 5 rooms = 7/8guys 7/8ladies. That way things are brewing in the common room and activity rooms can be preselected while waiting. Maybe a signin board on each door.

Also, I think it would be best to limit activities to 30m at $150. That way there aren't some just camping in a room all night. The idea being to get a mixture of conversation and fun time. Also, you know what the rate is per lady ahead of time. I would hate to bring $450 to see 3 ladies only to be upsold to $300.

I just asked about this in another thread. Sin City Soiree seems to be doing something similar. I think they have about 10 women, the rent a suit, and it's an all out orgy lol but the price tag to enter, I believe is closer to $2500 per gent.

I always wondered if there was something similar in TX.
