I think, and she can correct me if I'm wrong here, that the operative phrase in Sophia's post was "EVERY provider". A very large problem strict screeners run into is that there are just any number of gals whose references are mediocre at best.

They don't actually remember the guy, but the name doesn't strike them as someone who pissed them off so he must be fine.

Sometimes he gets rough, and he's got an attitude problem but he always pays on the dot and he's definitely not a cop so he's fine.

Okay, so his breath could drop a yak at twenty paces and he showers every Saturday - throw him in the shower, give him a TicTac and tell the next gal, "Oh, he's fine. Have fun."

He's forty-five minutes late/won't take no for an answer/accuses you of clock-watching when he wants to start again ten minutes after his time was up/NCNS/wants to haggle when it's time to ante up... well, that's life in the big city, I guess, so he's fine.

Please note that every one of the above has happened to me at some point, and it was always with someone who had two good references from known providers - sometimes great references. Some of it is YMMV(applies to us too) but more comes from the fact that my definition of "he's fine" is vastly different from others.

No-see policies often come about because what a lady wants is a "Not paid enough to deal with your bullshit" policy but it's damned hard to get one of those without the help of all the providers in several hours' drive. So she starts making big, sweeping no-sees in the hopes of wiping out the worst. Scorched earth versus precision bombing. Better access to information and quality referencing would seriously cut down on legit AA/young/senior hobbyists having trouble making appointments with the lady of their choice; unless she's just an asshole, in which case he probably didn't want to see her anyway. I know I've been tempted recently to institute a no-young-guys policy when what I really prefer is to not have to deal with bullshit twitterfucks of any age, only I can't get good enough references to make the latter a reality and know I'd be cutting off my nose to spite my face if I did the former.

I recently wrote this in a review I just did with BP Nadia. She told me something that I have heard before. She said that she has had enough bad experiences with Black Men, mostly young ones, that she just finally stopped seeing them. She said they were consistently dirty, disrespectful and rough. It's important to note that many providers also have policies against any race of young men. I know many ladies that don't like young guys because of several reasons.

I think it's necessary to remember that this is their business. There are certain people I choose not to do business with. It's not racial with me, but it may seem rude to others. I don't like a provider that smells bad, or is rude or acts in a way different than I do. We should not judge them because of their personal preferences when we have not walked in their shoes. If I were Nadia, after what she told me, I would not see them either.

No system is perfect, but screening will get you farther than simply establishing an NBA policy and claiming it is for safety.

If a provider didn't want to see me, for whatever reason, instead of complaining about it being unfair (though I very well may be thinking that) I'd rather devote my energy, time, and money to those providers who would want to see me.

And when it comes down to it, I can't blame a provider for having preferences about who they'd be willing to let into their bodies.

Here's an idea: Turn it around. If you became a male provider, would you be willing to go down on any woman who showed up with the cash? Are there some you would find so unattractive that you'd turn them away?

I am not an AA but I think NBA policy the word itself is used wrongly, it should not be called NBA because that's just racist. Instead if you call it No Jerks allowed NJA policy that would be better, it will cover up all races and jerks within and leave all the nice guys out. Different people different strokes, some had hygiene, oversized banana, timing, cash and dash, bait and switch and lastly pimping issues, but this does not mean that only AA do that, you will find every race doing some sort of non-sense. We cannot blame one race for this problem, so to me it becomes an race issue.

Back on the P, they were so many outstanding people like DED who even with strict NBA policy saw those providers and wrote real good review about them, the reason providers met them at social and made a call that he is a gentleman and not some crazy fool. Now if every AA has to meet a provider at social first that's a call that a provider should make, it's their choice and that is again an screening issue, that could be improved to weed out sh*t bags.
