No, you are correct on the 7.5cm, ....

....but that is the "relaxed" depth when the female is not sexually stimulated. It is just when you convert the cm to inches it comes out to roughly 3 inches. Since God made the average homo sapien penis about 6 inches when erect, God decided to accommodate that size by allowing the vaginal area to expand when excited about having one inserted in there to procreate!
