#1: Who has to ask the Libyan "government" for permission to intervene in an attack on U.S. property and people, which and who the Libyan government was tasked to protect and failed to do so, when it was the U.S. military that was primarily responsible for facilitating the existence of that same U.S. military?

#2: Using that delicate, politically correct, and inhumane term ... there were "assets" on the ground in Libya that were available on short notice (remember 2 of them went on their own .... ON FOOT ... and died in their effort BY MORTAR FIRE while asking for additional assistance ... from the "assets" they just left to go help ... PLUS ... there were ADDITIONAL "assets" .... "IN COUNTRY" ... that had GUNSHIP capability ..... which was WHY those that died were "painting" the enemy ....

#3: Help from Italy was only an hour away ... the fire-fight went on for at least 4 hours before our people were dead or close to death!

It is all pure fiction now and they all eat it up. Supposedly the WH was in the situation room just watching as the attack unfolded and there were units right there waiting, but with no orders (like they wouldn't have engaged anyway) they didn't support the consulate (NOT embassy). Yeah, right.

Also, the "SEAL" was actually and ex-SEAL and highly paid private contractor, which doesn't make losing his life any less tragic, but he wasn't in uniform and so was an security guard and ex-soldier not a "soldier".

If Sheehan's son was killed while calling for assistance, where the assistance was available but not sent and no effort was made to save him, I would have joined her outrage. The issue here is not that they died but that there was no assistance sent and then the administration lied to make themselves look better.
