In democratic polling Hillary is beating the democratic field by 60+ points. The Democratic establishment is now ready for her nomination. We felt bad that Obama came in and stole her thunder but it was the right thing for the country to do from an historical perspective.

I certainly agree. Simply pointing out that Obama got elected for several reasons other than himself. Would McCain have won without Palin? Would the Republicans have won with Romney or Huckabee as their candidate?

When these types of disputes arise I like to go to factcheck.org. instead of looking for student responses you should be looking for his employer feedback to prove or disprove your viewpoint.

It's clear based on the University's response that he did indeed teach Constitutional Law as a Professor.

Below is the Official University of Chicago Law School response.

From 1992 until his election to the U.S. Senate in 2004, Barack Obama served as a professor in the Law School. He was a Lecturer from 1992 to 1996. Looking back on the 2008 Election. no I don't think McCain could have won with anyone. It just wasn't in the cards. Obama had been groomed for that moment in 2008 for a long time. I knew from the moment Obama was nominated McCain was toast.
