The definition I find most objective is that when added together, their hip, waist, and chest measurements equal less than 100.

Spinner and height should not affect overall meaning. It’s a thin girl, no fat or flab, skin and bones, 100lbs wet. Incredible thigh gap since no thick thighs..... spinners come in different heights.....just like tall fat girls, thick Amazon’s, short bbw, etc
