I've been around for a long time, a lot longer than most of you. :-(. Now having said that makes me kinda sad....anyway.....have seen many ladies "retire" and surface back under new names and in most cases it was necessary for their own safety.

Yes, true.. but what we are talking about is an outright marketing ploy. I have retired numerous times over the past 10 years off and on. I never announced a "special rate" or anything of that nature, and once I made that announcement I did not see anyone period. It is one thing if your retiring because of some "life circumstance", and you announce it. (you might not honestly think you are coming back) and another thing, to advertise in your retirement thread "a special rate" before you leave on such and such date.

I think that is the point. It is still just an ad in my opinion.

Not necessarily, I was retired for sheesh, 5 + years and then came back. I then recently had to retire because I had major surgery, and wasn't sure I could continue escorting. There are many different circumstances for retiring, and coming back.

anyone who has has a session knows she has a financial goal and is in and out of the country due to her day job. It's awesome for someone to have a goal and get out! It's awesome be able to work this while working in the USA. Tonia's gone now! NOT A SCAM......She's rarely in the USA!

Is announcing a retirement and special rates and all really a scam? Is it considered theft, shorting time ect. ect... Other than it being basically another ad, where is the scam part?

There's a lot of worse things a provider can do then announce a retirement to get more money.... IMO anyway
