Harvard Law School has a family/social/monetary acceptance standard for those desiring to attend the school and once in the faculty assures "success" for those "special ones" selected.

The Medical school, like most medical schools, provide students with academic assistance to make it to graduation, particularly when their introduction to the school is through "channels" ... as between the two...

..... generally speaking it is more challenging to graduate from law school and the medical school.

In working in various organizations with IT, I can tell you that the applicant woman's GPA is consistently.2 points lower than the men's for the same job opening. Women with 3.0 to 3.5 GPA in engineering (save environmental engineering) can write their own ticket and make 6 figures almost instantly. A black woman with a 3.5 GPA in Mechanical Engineering from a top quartile university? Holy fuck, the recruiters would trip over each other.

They would likely get the PR Dept. to write glowing reviews about how fucking smart she is and how she did something for her Senior project that was so special the Nobel Prize would be hers but for racism.

In my personal experience around black women they often discuss engineering topics such as variable loading and critical stresses on cantilevered beams, fatigue strength and life of various metals under load and chemical aging and failure limits of automobile tires...
