Gun shops aren't illegal. Beer companies aren't illegal; BUT the restaurant or bar serving beer is responsible for the people they let drink in there. U get drunk and go crash into a something the bar is more than liable. McDonalds isn't illegal.

Cali has him on trafficking after 3 yrs on the case. Texas has him on money laundering. As of 4pm, no sex charges in Texas reported. Texas just has to sit back and wait for him to fall in Cali. Then, they move in and say BP profitted from the trafficking. Probably will file charges for promotion of prostitution. It'll be a cakewalk for Texas if he loses in Cali.

Yep, I use to serve drinks at a club. Had to get my TABC and when serving drinks you are just as responsible for making sure they don't have too much to drink.
