I'm glad she got her ass whupped, she talks way too much shit and shows a lot of disrespect to her opponents. The stunt she pulled at the weigh-in, plus the fact she just walked away and didn't even touch gloves showed she's a bitch and a lack of class.

I tried putting money on Holms also just because but stupid Cloudflare mysteriously IP blocked me from the site I use. I seriously hate that fucking service. Always giving people unnecessary problems.

Anyways, Holms could look concern but I'm sure she's a bitch off camera.

Holm has been in a lot of fights before entering the octagon. I don't watch women's boxing so I had no idea she was that quick, hands and feet. I don't think Rousey has seen anything like that before. She was stunned from the first punch and elbow to the face. She started getting frustrated around the 4 minute mark in the first round and from there played right into Holm's game plan.

The knockout blow was a perfectly placed kick that immediately fucks up the equilibrium if it doesn't knock you completely out. One of the dudes in the prelim fights was pretty much knocked loopy from an almost identical kick placement. Hell, It was so well set up any gal in MMA could have knocked Rousey out with that kick. Holm actually grabbed her and turned her to where she could place the kick right where she wanted it. She couldn't have scripted it better.

I was impressed with Holm's strength also. To get out of those couple of grappling moves that Rousey tried on her showed she put in the work to strength train and get on the floor with sparring partners. Holm fought her fight which seemed to be exploiting Rousey's aggressiveness and Rousey was more than happy to oblige. It wasn't hard to predict that Rousey would be very aggressive, she always is. Rousey will learn from this and be a better fighter or she won't and she'll be very predictable and very beatable in the future.

Joe Rogan, I believe, compared it to Buster Douglas knocking out Tyson. I pretty much agree in that both Holm and Douglas were able to keep an aggressive opponent at bay with accurate jabs, solid fundamentals starting with a good foundation on their feet and patience to land the knockout blow when the opportunity presented itself.

The other main event fight was pretty good too but I bet LeT won't be able to walk for a week. Her left leg was swelling from all the knees and kicks after the first round and her trainer wasn't even putting ice on it between rounds. That shit took it's toll.

Letorneau was trying to hide her face which was a pig purple blob. She looked like she was in pain. i always said one key to Rousey is to hold her off. When she couldn't finish Holm off in 30 sec, you can see her confidence her shaken, she also attempted several times to flip Holm over , but was unsuccessful there as well. Rematch is inevitable. But Rousey is going to have watch some tape an learn strategy. To quote Bane form te Dark Knight Rises. " You figh like a younger man, nothing held back. Admirable but mistaken."
