I like the "Things I Like" page. If done well, it is more about her interests, than it is tangible things. This gives me a view into her interests and personality. Any guy with a modicum of grey matter can figure out how to turn some of those interests into a gift, if that is what he wants to do. If not, then it is a nice addition to the ladies site, and I've learned a bit more about her.
This kind of a page, comes off less as a quest for cash, and more as an opportunity to give something more than money. If I wanted to just give her something she picked herself... I'd just give the cash. Isn't a gift supposed to be about the relationship between the individuals? Without the challenge of picking something, it turns into a cash exchange.

I used to have "Things I Like" page. Chocolate was on the list of course. I received enough chocolates to give the entire US army a sugar rush. I love it, but it wasn't too good for my waistline. Now I have "Take me to the opera / broadway" page and I've adjusted the "gift" amount to make it a bit of an incentive for the suitors. Now is that considered bartering?
So this is where you guys are hanging these days. Nice to see you all here.
xo

As others have mentioned, there carries a lot of weight in the way a lady delivers her message...
If she shares her interests through her blog or a "things I like" page and mentions her passion for race car driving lessons or collecting jewelery that contains both with and yellow gold, she is sharing her interests and hinting that she would appreciate a gift related to one of the two. If she has a wish list page that includes luxury cars and jewelery that comes only in a light blue or rich red box, she may come off as having entitlement issues.

I have a wishlist page on my site.
It's not so easy to find if you are just skimming through and lurking.
I figure if a suitor is thoroughly reading through my site, perhaps sharing a few extra this and that's would be helpful.
The few listed items includes small superficialities that I absolutely do not need but would really like to have...
No pressure,no scheming thoughts behind them, just a small insight.

I would feel wierd putting a gift section on a website.
Even when I have looked at womens websites and see that, I think geez, she really thinks she's the queen of Sheba expecting not only $$$$$$$
but also a $$$$$$$ gift.
It makes me think if I was her client, I'd give her a gift, alright. It's a book called "Everybody poops"
Seriously.
I don't want anyone to think I'm like that.
But if someone is stalking my posts to see what I like...
I really want a good synthesizer,
alienware laptop,
and a trip to a day spa.
I don't ask for much. lol

some men like to give gifts & for a millionaire, an extra $300 is lunch money
i see nothing wrong with wishlists.it saves time & if a client forgot to tip(or whatever),he can send a gift afterward
