Rescue Remedy

They sell it on Amazon. I've purchased it from Whole Foods Market before also.
I put a few drops under my tongue and lay down and relax and i'm out. I see now that it comes in a spray.
It is the best thing thats ever worked 'for me' and gave me a good nights rest w/out me feeling groggy the next day.
If you put a few drops under your tongue and lay down and rub one out that'll be the icing on the cake.
All i can say is sleep well!

How I'd love to say that i frequently open a good book 4 fun & creative stimulation. But alas, I only occasionally read to sleep...and it works like a charm. The key for me is to have about medium-low lighting and most importantly not having any distractions.
