Guys, you think this is a big yukyuk.
Let me point something out, that you may not understand. When a peace officer says that he believes that there is probable cause to believe that a crime has been committed, he is NOT joking and he is NOT playing games. Ever.
His ability to do his job, for ever and ever, depends on him NEVER, *EVER* compromising himself in using those words, because he has to be able to use those words with prosecutors and judges and have them believe him.
Laugh all you like, but I suspect that, if you look into it, you will learn, possibly to your dismay, that Arpaio in fact looked long and hard at it, and did not make that statement until he had convinced himself that there was no other reasonable interpretation.
The next step could be interesting. One possibility would be for him to observe that the US Secret Service is the country's highest authority on this kind of thing, and, as politely as he knows how, ask them to take a look at what he's seeing, and tell him where he or his people messed up.

There was no way this idiot was not going to milk this for every ounce of publicity possible. The Sheriff is no different than Donald Trump, as well as the rest of the birther movement. (Sounds similar to a bowel movement, doesn't it?) It is just another way for the wackos to express their intense racial bias toward anything that is not 100% caucasian!
The Sheriff and the rest of the birther movement is a joke. They would be funny if they wern't so pathetic!

I wasn't aware that he was going to get involved in this which is why I was surprised.

People who make statements similiar to the one at the top of this page, is a classic
example why democracy ain't crack up to be all that.
A naive, uniformed vote, cancels another thinking man's vote (be it an informed Dem or Rep).
Hate to say it, but it is true

You mean he's continuing the one he supposedly COMPLETED?
Tell him there is another one we want him to investigate.

Actually, dude, it has NOT been before the courts. To date, EVERY attempt to get this in front of a judge has been thrown on when the judge ruled that the complainant lacked standing.
You are of course free to post the full citation of the court case (ideally with a URL for the decision, so we can all read it) that did actually examine the documents in detail. I'm not going to hold my breath...

OMG that's IT!! obam was never even born. We are all in the matrix and the machines are in control.
Are there still birthers out there? I haven't heard that word in forever.
Obam crew WANTS us to be talking about something like his birth certificate. It keeps us away from things that actually matter, like trillions in debt and unemployment. I wish Joe hadn't taken this up.

LOL Kayla, that's kind of my point. But still, I would not want to have Sheriff Joe on my ass. Unlike Obama, he gets results. This will be fun to watch, but irrelevant in the long run.

Correct, I misspoke. The scenario lacks so much credibility the judges wont even ALLOW it to go to TRIAL.
Better?
