Why is Music, Film and Television Dominated by Left-thinkers?

Well let me reveal a little something, I have spare time so I have been taking theater classes in acting, directing, and play writing. I know these people in their larvae form. Many are already quoting liberal ideas but they are unable to defend or explain them. There is a high percentage of gay students in the department. I would say that half of the instructors lean to the right based on off hand comments from them but they don't put it out there.
I think most of these kids don't know what they think but they are then given to believe that they know more about the human condition because of observation. As actors, they watch people and they think it gives them insight. The problem is that they don't have the experience to ascribe reasons to the actions. They see someone acting like a badass and it has to be because they are an asshole or some sort of bully. They can find any other rationale. I will admit that a few will ask about my service and what motivated me but most treat it like a caricature of R. Lee Ermy.
I think that most go into acting not knowing and get pushed into believing crap.

There is a fine line between empathy and stupidity. The very best example of this is now being played out in major urban areas like Los Angeles, San Fransisco and Seattle. Their "empathy" dictates that urinating and defecating in public is something we must accept because of the poor souls doing it. Empathy without solutions is a cultural disaster waiting to happen and it's happening before our very eyes.

Saw the Tin Drum years ago and have my own copy. Not exactly about the Holocaust but about German civilians in World War II. EUROPA, EUROPA is another good choice.
